Terms of Use
These terms are a plain-language starting point and are not legal advice — have counsel review before you rely on them.

1. Acceptance
Con Carne ("Con Carne," "we," "us") is operated by ConCarne Inc., a Colorado corporation. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our handling of your data. If you don't agree, don't use Con Carne.
2. Who can use Con Carne
You must be at least 18 years old. Adult-oriented conventions and intents are gated and only shown to members who opt in. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
3. How you may use it
You agree not to:
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age or identity;
- harass, threaten, or endanger other members;
- post unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- solicit money, scam, or spam other members;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Report anything that crosses a line — reporting and blocking are built into every profile and match.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the app can function. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
5. Verification
Photo verification is optional. If you use it, you consent to an automated face comparison between your selfie and your profile photos for the sole purpose of issuing a verified badge. See our data rights page for how that data is handled.
6. Credits & payments (advertisers)
Businesses can buy advertising credits through our payment processor, Stripe. Purchases are final except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and may expire per the plan you buy. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
7. No guarantees
Con Carne is provided "as is." We don't guarantee matches, uptime, or the conduct of other members. Always meet new people safely and in public.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Con Carne and ConCarne Inc. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be signposted in the app. You can stop using Con Carne at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Sponsorships
Businesses may ask you to be a sponsored influencer. That's between you and them: we only pass along a small set of numbers, and only after you approve. You can decline privately, end a sponsorship whenever you like, and it lapses on its own after 90 days unless you renew it.
If you accept, keep it honest with the people you meet — turn on the “Sponsored by” badge, and don't misrepresent a paid arrangement as a personal recommendation. See the data rights page for exactly what a sponsor can and cannot see.
