Your data rights

• Profile— name, age, gender, photos, intents, and the conventions you're attending.
• Activity — swipes, matches, messages, likes, reports, and blocks.
• Verification — if you opt in, a selfie used once to confirm it matches your profile photos.
• Payments — for advertisers, billing details handled by our payment processor (we never see full card numbers).
• Sponsorships — only if you approve one: how long you spend in the app, how many people you message and how many reply, and how often you use keywords you and the sponsor have both agreed to.

A business can ask to sponsor you. Nothing is collected or shared unless you approve, and declining is private — the business is never told, and their screen keeps saying “waiting”.

If you approve, the sponsor can see three things:

• how much time you spend in the app, to the minute;
• how many distinct people you message each day, and how many of them replied;
• how often you use a keyword, counted once per message, and only for keywords you both approved.

They never see, and we never give them:

• the text of any message — yours or anyone else's. Keyword matching runs only over messages yousend, because the person you're talking to never agreed to any of this;
• who you match with, message, or meet;
• your swipes, likes, profile edits, or anything else.

Nothing is counted from before you agreed, and a keyword counts only from the moment you both approve it — agreeing to one never looks back at older messages. You see the same dashboard the sponsor does, you can drop a keyword on your own, and you can end the sponsorship at any time. It also ends by itself after 90 days unless you renew it. When it ends, collection stops immediately; the numbers already gathered stay with the sponsor, since they cover a period you agreed to.

We keep the vendor list short and use them only to run the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage.
• AWS Rekognition — the one-time face comparison behind the verified badge.
• Stripe — advertiser payments.
• Resend — sign-in emails.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
• Giphy — the in-chat GIF picker (searches run only when you open it).

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• access a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete your account and personal data;
• export your data in a portable format;
• object to or restrict certain processing.

Email [email protected] from your account address, or delete your account directly in the app. We'll verify it's really you and respond within 30 days.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete it, we remove your profile and content and retain only what we're legally required to (for example, payment records). Verification selfies are used for the match check and not kept for advertising.
